My name is Matt Cohen, and I am a former multimedia sports reporter for KNDU/KNDO, the NBC affiliate in Kennewick, Washington. I am a graduate of Temple University (May 2011) with a B.A in broadcast journalism. I previously spent three years as an undergraduate at Syracuse University.
Since leaving KNDU/KNDO in the fall of 2012, I have transitioned into marketing and social media, working first at Leverage Agency, and more recently at DXagency.

I was born in Mount Kisco, New York where I lived until I was ten before moving to Asbury Park, New Jersey. A rabid New York sports fan my entire life, it was only natural that I chose to pursue a career in sports.
My first taste of the business came from Ian Eagle, Mike Quick, and Bruce Beck - three well respected and successful New York sportscasters who run a sports broadcasting camp on the campus of Montclair State University in New Jersey. As a camp attendee, I was introduced to sportscasting and never looked back.
During my time as a Syracuse undergrad, I became a member of the CitrusTV student run television station, where I was a producer, reporter, and studio host in the sports department. The experiences I picked up both in and outside the classroom allowed me to seamlessly transition to Temple University's student television station. I became a member of the Owl Sports weekly television show, acting as a producer, reporter, and show anchor.
